Here's How I'm Maintaining My Weight During Quarantine

It's super easy to eat what you want every day during quarantine, especially when it comes to overindulging in unhealthy foods. The first thing that comes to mind when I hear "eat what you want" is just that, but you also need to remember that it can also mean treating your body with something nutritious or something you've never tried before.

Today is National Eat What You Want Day, and I'm pretty bland when it comes to my daily meals, which is how I like it. I'm really into those "medical grade weight loss" snacks that you can buy at clinics with a program. I'm not currently with a program, but I have a go-to website that sells basically all the same snacks as these places do.

One of my favorites is a gingerbread mug cake, which bakes in 60 seconds in the microwave. They come in boxes of seven packets for around $12. One mug cake is an entire meal, which I have for breakfast every morning. If you want more info about them or want to buy some, go here. (I'm not being paid for this, I'm just sharing!)

I'll tell you more about it in the video below!

Just a quick note about your weight during quarantine: don't be too hard on yourself. This is a really weird time, and while I encourage you to give yourself healthy options, I also think it's perfectly healthy to overindulge a little. Moderation is key. Drink some water, go for a walk; have that cupcake, or not.
