GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Festival of Dreams 2019 is a rain or shine event.
  • No refunds – ID will be required at the time of will call pickup & upon entering the venue.
  • Everyone and everything is subject to search at all entry points.
  • Any alcohol consumption will require valid ID and age verification
  • No unauthorized selling of any kind
  • No re-entry will be allowed during this event.

What are the ticket prices?

GA: $12.00

Tea Party Magic Pass: $35.00

Kids Admission (24 months & younger) FREE*
*must be accompanied with an adult

What do I get with a GA ticket?

Access into the venue, character meet and greets brought to you by The Fairy Godmother Events, character activities such as training to be a space trooper, bounce house village, and other sponsor activations including interaction with police and fire man in the Real Life Hero’s area, special performances and more.

What do I get with a Tea Party Magic Pass ticket?

Everything in GA ticket, plus a skip the line magic pass valid at the entrance, character meet and greets, and bounce house village. Plus, lunch with the characters and the Wake Up Call.

 

When I purchase a Tea Party Magic Pass for my child, do I need one as well?

Yes, if you would like to participate with your child, you will also need a Tea Party Magic Pass.

 

Are there any age restrictions?

Festival of Dreams is an all age’s event and does not require a minimum age to attend.

 

Do children get in for free?

Children under twenty-four (24) months of age are admitted free of charge.

 

Can I get there on public transportation?

There is a Bus stop on Washington just past All America City Blvd. 

The stop is “by request only” meaning riders must specifically request a stop at this location.

 

COSTUMES:

Costumes are prohibited for anyone over age twelve (12) years old.

 

ANIMALS:

Only service dogs, either certified or in-training, are permitted @the Grounds. All other animals are prohibited

 

CHARGE N CHILL ZONE:

The Charge N Chill Zone on site is restricted to patrons age sixteen (16) and over.

 

ATMS:

There is one (1) ATM on site @the Grounds located in the Jones Hall.

 

COUNTERFEIT TICKETS:
WARNING: All tickets are scanned before entry is allowed. If you purchase a ticket from a re-seller/scalper, we will not honor or credit fake tickets. COMPLIMENTS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS:

During an event, guests are recommended to express any compliments, comments, or concerns to our Guest Services Station located in the Royal Court (Jones Hall).

 

DISABLED GUEST SERVICES (ADA Accessibility):
@the Grounds is an ADA compliant venue. Please call the office at 916-701-8181 for specific information.  

 

FIRST AID:

Emergency Medical Technicians are on-site during Festival of Dreams. They will be located near the Main Entrance.

 

GUEST SERVICES:

Guest Services Station is in the Royal Court (Jones Hall). The Guest Services Station is designed to provide information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during the event. 

 

LOST AND FOUND:

Any items found in the building should be turned into Guest Services Stations located in the Royal Court (Jones Hall). At the conclusion of the event, all items will be given to @the Grounds for storage. They will store lost items for up to 30 days.

 

PARKING:

Parking is available on site. Cost for parking is $10.

 

PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Promoters, artists, consultants, vendors and any other party affiliated with Entercom Sacramento, @the Grounds and 106.5 The End are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. All patrons are solely responsible for any personal items that are brought into, onto, or around the event.

 

RE-ENTRY:

@the Grounds has a "no re-entry" policy during events.

 

SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas on site.

 

WEAPONS:

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue. @the Grounds does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons at Guest Services Stations or Security. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of the items listed above will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.

 

WILL CALL:

Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the event at the Box Office only. The Box Office is located at the Main Entrance and will open two (2) hours prior to the event. Guests must present the credit card used to place the order and a valid photo I.D. Will Call drop-off is not available for all events.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

  • Any outside food or beverages; Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages
  • Coolers of any size (including soft sided coolers)
  • Pets (with the exception to service animals)
  • Weapons of any kind (including silverware)
  • Pepper Spray
  • No professional cameras. This includes any camera with a detachable lens, go pro’s, etc.
  • Bullhorns, klaxons, whistles, or any other noise makers that will disrupt the performance
  • Laser pointers of any type
  • Musical instruments
  • Throwing objects of any kind
  • Projectiles (Beach balls, Frisbees, hula hoops, footballs, or any other throwing type item)
  • Any object that will create a fire (candles, fireworks, sparklers, etc.)
  • Professional recording devices of any kind
  • Signs, banners, or tripods that will interfere with the view of the performance for other guests
  • Skateboarding, in-line skates, or hoverboards
  • Wallet chains, spiked bracelets, or belts
  • Entering the venue without a ticket
  • Irresponsible drinking or behavior
  • Illegal substances or drugs
  • Any gestures and/or clothing that utilizes profane language or content that promotes fosters, or perpetuates discriminations on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, conduct or encouragement of illegal activity.
  • Any distraction to the performance or performers
  • Mistreatment to other guests or staff/personnel, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation, or threatening behavior
  • Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers, or any other @the Grounds personnel will result in ejection from the location
